Ms. Oberst practices in the area of intellectual property law with an emphasis on international patents, and intellectual property licensing agreements and assignments.  Her areas of expertise also include copyrights, security clearance matters, and export control matters. 

Additionally, Ms. Oberst has experience with trademark prosecution, and has a background in civil litigation in both federal and state court in various areas of law, including professional liability defense, intellectual property, commercial law, and personal injury.
