Jacqueline M. Nguyen
Ms. Nguyen practices in all areas of intellectual property law. Her practice focuses on preparation, prosecution, and enforcement of domestic and foreign patents and trademarks, both internationally and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Nguyen has technological experience in various fields including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical and medical devices. Ms. Nguyen also has experience in copyright law and business matters.
Prior to joining The Marbury Law Group, Ms. Nguyen worked as a Student Associate at an IP boutique in Virginia and as a Technical Specialist at a DC-based firm. While attending law school, Ms. Nguyen was Editor-in-Chief of the George Mason Journal of International Commercial Law and President of the Women’s Law Association.
