Benjamin B. Mazahery
Benjamin Mazahery has experience in many aspects of intellectual property law, including patent preparation and prosecution; patentability, validity, and infringement opinions; strategic patent portfolio development; and litigation.
Mr. Mazahery focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical, computer, and telecommunication arts. Mr. Mazahery has experience working with broad range of technologies, including semiconductors, microprocessor systems, microcontrollers, transceivers, wireless communications (e.g., 4G, LTE, UMTS, CDMA, OFDMA, WiFi, etc.), electronic displays (e.g., LCDs, OLEDs, smart glasses, HUDs, etc.), satellite imaging, sensor networks, mission-critical systems, resource-constrained systems, autonomous vehicles, virtual/augmented reality, machine learning, behavior-based analysis, anti-virus systems, parallel processing, distributed computing, and all other aspects of computer hardware and software.
Mr. Mazahery also has over seven years of experience working as a software engineer for a global defense firm.
