Marbury Partner Michelle E. O’Brien will be joining a distinguished group of experienced chemical and pharmaceutical patent practitioners at the Advanced Chemical/Pharma Patent Practice Institute: A Post Doc Bootcamp on Friday, May 20, 2022, following the close of the AIPLA Spring Meeting. Michelle and her colleagues will present an interactive, 3 hour program focused on important aspects of drafting the patent specification and claims to ensure the patent has the greatest chance of surviving a validity challenge.
