Marbury Partner Michelle E. O’Brien will be joining an expert panel of patent practitioners at AIPLA’s Spring Meeting on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, to discuss Chemical Patent Language Workshop: The Global Quest for Reasonable Certainty. The panel will consider various claim language and discuss how it has been or may be construed by courts, with an eye to providing insight into how practitioners can increase the chance that claim language is interpreted in the way the patentee intends.
